Hi! I’m Tom Notarianni, or “Tommy” as my friends and students call me.
I’ve known Diego Davis for 30 years, and I’ve been helping Access Healthcare and their staff achieve greater mental health and clarity since Covid struck back in 2020.
I’ve put together an “Emotional First Aid Kit” that’s designed especially for nurses and healthcare professionals. And I think it could be of great benefit to you.

Why?
Because it includes simple tools you can use anywhere—at any time—to help restore your mind to a peaceful, effective state.
Let’s face it... Nursing is a stressful job. Especially for travel nurses! When you’re dealing with varied shifts, new locations, new software—not to mention the everyday strain of dealing with too many patients... and sometimes unappreciative staff and doctors!—It’s easy to get overwhelmed. And sometimes break down.
I don’t want that for you!
For three decades now, I’ve made it my mission to help people. At first, I did it as a Certified Personal Trainer. Then, I was Wellness Director at the Delray Center for Healing in south Florida. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity (and pleasure) to help thousands of people as a spiritual well-being coach through the Peaceful Minds Center and now with Practical Buddha.
In the “Emotional First Aid Kit” I put together for you, you’ll find...
- A quick“state change” checklist
- The simple “5-breath reset” technique that can restore your peace and calm—in under two minutes
- Break Glass in Case of Emergency! A special practice that can diffuse even the most stressful states
- The 8-Minute Joyfulness Meditation (I recommend you do this daily!)
- As well as The Peaceful Nurse, a 60-minute video I recorded to answer the most common questions I’ve received from nurses and RN professionals to help reach a better state of mental clarity and health.
I put together this kit as a way to thank Diego and Danielle for their friendship and to assist them at Access Healthcare. I know their goal is to build a holistic company, and I feel this kit will greatly help them in this pursuit.
