The School for Happiness
Along with some very talented people, I have spent the last several years creating something very special for you. Welcome to...
Practical Buddha, The School for Happiness!
I've spent 30 years of my life studying my mind and what it is to be human. As we all know, being human can be very difficult at times - for everyone. However, when you understand how your mind and emotions work, you can create yourself beautifully inside and truly live a very happy life.
Happiness is a skill you must practice. And, what I have put together here are the tools, teachings and practices - all in one place - to make it as easy as possible for you to live a life bursting with joy, gratitude and happiness! Lot's of live events with me too!
Your happiness is very important to me...
With Love & Kindness,
Tommy 🙏
