The Three Practices
The "Three Practices" are really three different meditation practices, each serving their own unique purpose.
For example, do you just need to calm down? If so, try a Relaxation meditation. Is your mind spinning a bit out of control and can't stop thinking? Mantra might be what you need... And, finally, if you are ready to sit, train your attention and fill your heart with joy, then I've put together a few unique Essential meditations that I think you'll love. These are meditations I've personally developed over the years and form the core of my daily practice (especially the joyfulness meditation). I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do.
